We are constantly evolving and refreshing our recruitment programme to ensure we give our clients the very best of the best. We can help with finding sales, service, parts and all customer facing roles. We also can help with contact centre talent.
PROGRAMME AT A GLANCE:
You advertise your specific role (3 weeks prior to the event)
We screen and filter the applicants via CV’s
We profile the applicants through a telephone conversation
We invite them to the selection day. We remind them 24-48 hours before
We facilitate and assess the candidates throughout the day, using a number of different exercises and workshop sessions
Your Managers adopting the new people will observe the candidates and are heavily involved in the selection process during the day
We will train the new starters when they begin their journey, through the chosen Academy modules (Optional Modules added)
OPTION 1:
Martec Europe will conduct telephone interviews over a period of a week and then hold a group selection day, to find the right people and talent for the Group, Sales or Service Advisors or Contact Centre personnel
Telephone Interviews, Selection Day and all administration included
Typically 4+ candidates employed (some cases 6+, depending on numbers at the event)
£5,250 plus VAT
OPTION 2:
Martec Europe will conduct telephone interviews over a 1 week period and hold a group selection day, to find the right people and talent for your business, Sales or Service Advisors or Contact Centre personnel
Telephone Interviews, Selection Day and all administration included
£3,750, PLUS £500 per candidate employed (plus VAT)
