At Martec, we offer both ‘1 to 1’ and small group coaching, with a strong emphasis on individual coaching sessions. This allows each person, whether in sales or aftersales, to focus on their specific areas of development. We create robust, relevant, and action-driven reports tailored to their personal growth, ensuring each individual has clear goals to work towards.
Line managers are then empowered to review, reset, and refresh these actions throughout the learning journey, both during our onsite or virtual coaching sessions and in between them.
