If you’re reading this then you’re more than likely to have seen our Live Chat function.

It has been reported recently that Dealers in the Motor Industry are losing out on web business for failing to include features like Live Chat on their websites.
GForces has reported, “websites that offer visitors the chance to converse in real-time generate four times as many leads largely because of the speed with which questions are answered. Any delay or unanswered questions about a car, part, accessory or service booking will lead to people clicking away from your site faster than you might think.”

A good example of this, was for one of our new projects recently. Martec were asked to send sales enquiries via email, and measure how long it took for the dealership to make contact. For one enquiry, it took 4 days!

Martec’s Live Chat function isn’t there to necessary sell; it’s there for anyone, more importantly our customers, who have a query and want to talk to us straight away.
